SERVICES PROVIDED BY EXTERNAL COLLABORATORS

• LEGAL

Legal advice related to civil or criminal law is provided by external partner lawyers from ESTUDI JURIDIC-ANGELS LASSO for all Finangest clients and from GABINETE ASINRA for our clients in Madrid. Due to our close work relationship with these lawyers’ offices, they are practically considered as a department of our consulting services.

Our clients always get our first-hand advice and are then referred to the relevant lawyer once all the details of their case are known.

• AUDITING

The annual auditing, either by a decision of the partners or to comply with legal requirements, is carried out by our partner auditing firms from Barcelona and Madrid appointed by our clients on the basis of the services to be provided.

• LABOR RISK PREVENTION

Compulsory labor risk prevention regulations have been in force for many years and they must be carried out by experts in labor risk prevention. Unfortunately, these regulations are not sufficiently complied with.

Our partner firm SEPRELAB carries out the complex procedures related to application, thus ensuring full compliance with the regulations.

• DATA PROTECTION

As in the case of labor risk regulations, the data protection office legislation also defines compulsory procedures which have been in force for many years.

Although the individual applications can be processed in person, the complex procedures and the variety of documents required accounts for our decision to appoint specialized firms for the purpose of handling these records: BONET CONSULTING for our Finangest clients and AUDEA for our Finantur clients.

• INSURANCE BROKERS

These activities are carried by agreement by the firm IRISARRI PRIETO, to which all our clients address their queries free of charge concerning insurance of all kinds of goods or personal risk prevention (life and accident insurance, pension plans and others).

For the travel agents’ business we cooperate with TAEDS, independent brokers dealing with the different civil liability and deposit policies in order to obtain a license, travel and cancellation assistance or traffic certification with carriers (IATA, TRASME, RENFE and others).
